Every story has a beginning. Ours began with gemstones.
Since 1990, our family has manufactured semi-precious stones through Gems India. For decades, we have handled stones in their most natural form, studying their colours and textures, appreciating their imperfections and learning that no two stones are ever quite the same.
Growing up around those stones changed the way our founder saw them. They became small fragments of nature, waiting to become something more. In 2026, that long relationship with gemstones became Sagari Joyas.
Sagari comes from Sagar, the Hindi word for ocean.
The ocean is our palette and our starting point: endless blues, soft whites, shifting colour and movement that never quite stops.
The rhythm of waves, the pull of tides, coral reefs, marine life, the curve of a shell and the textures left by water slowly find their way into flowing forms, natural surfaces and carefully chosen gemstones.
Each piece is designed to feel gently drawn from the ocean, still carrying some of its colour, movement and character.

A gemstone is chosen for what makes it different. A shape is worked out, a texture is developed by hand and a colour finds its place. Slowly, an idea becomes a finished piece of jewellery.
